Representative Council of Learners (RCL) orientation and leadership skills training. Over 45 learners from 8 local schools participated, focusing on governance, responsibility, and student voice in school decision-making.
Impact: Improved learner participation in school governance reported by 6 schools within 3 months.

School Governing Body members trained on policy formulation, financial oversight, and conflict resolution. 28 SGB representatives attended from Philippi and surrounding areas.
Impact: Enhanced understanding of SGB roles leading to better school management practices.

Interactive session with SMT, SGB, and RCL members to develop whole-school improvement plans. Focused on teaching & learning culture and accountability.
Impact: Schools developed actionable 12-month plans with clear monitoring milestones.

Learners practicing public speaking, teamwork, and leadership through role-play and group discussions. Part of ongoing RCL empowerment program.
